- Psychiatric Nurse (RPN3), Social Worker (SW2), Occupational Therapist (OT2), Psychologist (P2)
- Work within the Strengths Model of Recovery Orientated Practice
- Support Consumers in becoming experts and leader of their own care
- Actively uphold the culture of hope by using optimistic language supporting people and celebrating consumer's recovery efforts
- Work with people to support and sustain existing resources, assets, networks and relationships
- Provide high quality discipline specific and mental health assessments, case management, rehabilitation and discipline specific treatments to consumers and carers
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree (minimum) in Nursing which meets the registration requirements of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, Division 1 or 3.
- Masters Degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology recognised by the Australian Psychological
- Bachelor of Social Work (B.SW). Eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Eligible for membership of Australian Association of Occupational Therapy
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- A current Victorian driver's licence.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments including mental state assessment, risk assessment and plan appropriate interventions.
- Knowledge and ability to provide Psychiatric Triage services.
