The role
Be responsible for the continuous enhancement and support of enterprise applications suite including CRM, database and website applications. You will be required to act as an intermediary between the business stakeholders and IT in order to provide superior applications analysis, development and administration / configuration.
Key skills for this position include Microsoft .NET C# and SQL, Visual Studio and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Pivotal CRM or another commercial CRM product would also be well regarded. This position requires excellent communication, technical and problem solving skills.
About you
Demonstrated experience as an Applications Specialist (CRM or ERP systems) you are a highly collaborative person that thrives on delivering IT service to business users. You have development and configuration skills and may want to further develop your experience in the development arena. You respond well to pressure and deadlines, and are able to prioritise and analyse all at the same time.
