Finance Manager

Client Details

This organisation are expanding throughout the South East.

Description

Weekly reporting - Sales Analysis and Cashflow

Supervision of the purchase and sales ledger functions

Monthly Management Accounts including detailed variance analysis

Payroll reconciliation

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

VAT Returns

Liaise with internal & external auditors

Preparation of Statutory accounts

Adhoc analysis and reporting as required by the Financial Controller

Profile

ACCA / ACA / CIMA part qualified

Very strong leadership skills with proven experience in a managerial role for at least 2 years.

Ability to coach, motivate and assist in personal development within the team

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in accomplishment of routine tasks

Ability to be able to demonstrate abilities within a control environment

Calm attitude and ability to prioritise, delegate and manage the workload while under pressure

Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Pro-active attitude and willingness to make a difference

Flexibility regarding occasional travel to visit remote locations

Recent Sage 50 experience required
