Description

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant will include the below duties:

• Journals
• Accruals and prepayments
• Upload of payroll journals
• Responsible for bank reconciliations of multi-currencies and locations
• Year End support
• Support in monthly VAT submissions
• Assist in forecasting budgeting activities.

Profile

The successful Assistant Accountant will possess the following skills and key attributes:

• Experience of balance sheet reconciliations
• Transactional accounting
• Previous exposure in a similar Assistant Accountant position
• Excellent Excel skills
• Studying towards CIMA/ACCA
• Looking for progression in their next role
• Driven for success.
