Corporate Finance Manager €65,000 - €90,000+ My Client, a major  Global Investment House is going through a phase of rapid growth and is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team who are prominent Merger and Acquisitions advisors in the Irish market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&A Manager who is looking to make the next step to Director level. The Role: Provide first class support to the Corporate Finance Directors and the wider team. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, public and private fundraisings and the provision of strategic advice. Deal execution - managing other advisors and conducting financial analysis as appropriate. Involvement in marketing initiatives and pitching for new business. Demonstrate their ability to fulfil the team's promise of delivering a relationship based high service experience. The Candidate: High calibre candidate with 3-5 years relevant Corporate Finance experience within a Big 4 or a Fortune 500 organisation. Strong academic background with a 3rd Level qualification in Finance or equivalent (2.1 Honours Degree minimum). Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities with an understanding of financial analysis and a cognisance of risk. Strong computer skills, Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations in particular. Commercial individual with high energy levels. Sound judgement and decision making ability. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
