Our client is a leading Emerging Markets Energy Infrastructure Investment Manager and are looking for an Associate within their Fund Operations team.

ROLE:

The role will also include the following:

  • Run valuations of operating businesses and projects on a quarterly basis.
  • Support the team with reporting obligations internal and external.
  • To optimise the information flow from investee companies.
  • Work directly with the COO and work closely with the platform management teams.
  • Preparation of investor quarterly reports.
  • Assist in structuring financings at the fund level, help structure and negotiate fund guarantees.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate must have advanced financial modelling skills and experience applying CAPM; also knowledge of the Power / Energy / Instructure sectors would be also be useful.
