A growing accountancy practice, based near Winchester, has a requirement for an Accounts Assistant / Senior, to join their team. The right candidate will have a background working in the profession and the role and firm offers progression and development potential, with increasing responsibility and support, for candidates pursuing further qualifications, or equally suitable for an experienced professional, looking to build on their experience.

Description

Joining as an Accounts Assistant / Senior, you will have a hands on role, delivering varied, general accountancy services, to a varied client base, assisting on preparing accounts, with scope for involvement in VAT, tax and other wide ranging general accountancy practice responsibilities. The opportunity provides development potential for the right person, looking to further their technical skills and progress their career in the practice sector.

Profile

You may be AAT qualified / studying, ACCA part, or experienced only, with a career background in accountancy practice, ideally with at least 2 years or more experience within the profession, ideally preparing accounts to trial balance/review and other responsibilities, for a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will operating as an Accounts Assistant / Senior, or similar level and be looking for challenging, long term career move within a growing and expanding firm of chartered accountants.

Job Offer

£17,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience and background.
