Our client, a globally renowned company are looking for an Italian Speaking Credit Controller to join their finance team in East Grinstead.

Italian Speaking Credit Controller
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures and identify/establish internal controls and ensure their operating effectiveness.
- Ensure Dealers remit prompt and timely payment in accordance with dealer agreements and terms & conditions of trade.
- Work externally with the Dealers and internally with Sales, Accounts Receivable and Customer Services teams respectively to manage the order release process in an effort to maximise sales while managing credit risk.
- Work with dealers on issues on invoicing and memos.
- Enhance working relationships with the Dealer network with the occasional need to make personal visits accompanied by Credit Manager.
- Allocate customer receipts into the Accounts Receivable module accurately on a daily basis.
- Ensure that invoices, debit/credit memos, statements, reminders etc are distributed by e-mail/post as required.
- Daily review of credit limits and controlling the flow of orders and providing information to all internal related parties on credit limit/hold statuses.
- Analyse and provide information, at least monthly, on bad and doubtful debts per account.
- Work with external third-party providers including Credit Reporting and Collection Agencies,

Italian Speaking Credit Controller
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in Credit Control.
- Be fluent in Italian.
- Be proficient in English.
