Our Client is a large scale Public sector organisation based right on the outskirts of Oxfordshire in Harwell, Didcot (OX11). They are urgently seeking for a SharePoint Project Manager and Business Analyst to come support them in the final stages of a key project revolving around Personal Data Management ahead of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) changes in May 2018.

As a Project Manager and a Business Analyst you will have excellent communication skills, you are highly organised, able to collate and distribute relevant information and have excellent background working within SharePoint 2010 and 2013 environments. As a Business Analyst, PM and a team player, you will be able to present technical data in non–technical language and pro–actively support the team around you. The Client offers a brilliant opportunity for you to come on board, take ownership and deliver the project within time frames. It would be beneficial if you had some Public Sector experience however, it is not essential. Competitive rates of pay, modern working environment and excellent site amenities.

The Project:
To develop and deliver an Information Security and Assurance Portal (ISAP) within the SharePoint intranet is required, linking or revising existing data sets, introducing workflow processes, and providing a common look/feel to other STFC functional areas within the intranet. In order to understand the business requirement, design, test and implement a solution, an experienced SharePoint Designer/Developer with proven and demonstrable technical knowledge is required to focus on this development, whilst working with the existing technical team, and to provide specialist skills in the areas of requirements analysis, agile development within a project management framework, release across development, testing and live environments, business user engagement and support, training, providing supporting documentation, assisting with SharePoint configuration, build, migration, support and maintenance.

Due to the timescales and diverse nature of the project and associated deliverables, the required PM/BA will be able to actively demonstrate:

Responsibilities
* Full project management of the ISAP project (project startup documentation in progress, but the role would require a full review and ownership of all project documentation in line with STFC project framework)
* Full project management of the inFocus migration project
* Provide clear and regular updates into the wider Programmes office
* Work closely with assigned SharePoint Developers to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations, together with active and timely engagement on issues or risks that pose a threat to the project timescales.
* Actively engage in the coordinated communication on the project status to business users, covering all stages of the project lifecycle
* Requirement gathering and analysis of existing data or site areas, forming a clear Solution documentation
* Assist in delivery of design and concept documentation to provide an agile methodological approach to the customer base.
* Analysis of workflows to ensure optimum effectiveness for STFC
* Assist in identification of tools and techniques that can aid timely and successful delivery
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of SharePoint testing
* Conduct data analysis to aid and assist design or migration, and successful deployment
* Assist in preparation of training material and delivery of staff awareness
* Advise and assure the approaches STFC wish to take for using SharePoint to meet our information management requirements.

Personal Skills and Attributes
* Proven experience and expertise in the SharePoint 2010 and 2013 environments.
* Previous experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst and Project Manager
* Very strong interpersonal skills, particularly in communication, negotiating, networking and team building, motivation and problem solving
* Ability to present complex technical information in non–technical language
* Ability to work under pressure
* Pro–active approach to quality management and process improvement

Please note, this role is strictly within IR35 and only available on PAYE/Umbrella basis. All successful applicants must obtain a Disclosure Scotland at own cost (estimated GBP25.00) prior to commencing the contract.
