This leading media business based in Enfield are a large company looking for somebody to start on a full time basis with experience of the finance world.
Description
The Payroll Clerk will need:
- To calculate and prepare monthly payroll for processing
- to make sure payments are delivered on time
- To ensure payroll is correct and posted on to the financial accounting system
- To ensure all Pensions, AVC, PAYE are paid on time and recorded in the financial accounting system
- To provide information to employees and staff
- To maintain the payroll records and payroll management information/analysis.
Profile
The successful Payroll Clerk will have:
- Payroll experience in a financial or administrative setting
- Excellent mathematical and administrative skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of computer literacy with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Good organisational skills
