Our client is based in Horsham and looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Accountancy team.
Our client a well known & growing organisation are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their Accountancy team in Horsham
- Enter all supplier invoices, donation income, bank payments, bank receipts and journals, in multiple currencies onto Sage Accounts
- Record and reconcile Credit/Debit card and PayPal payments made through the website
- Prepare the daily banking
- Manage the accounts payable processes
- Carry out month end tasks in a timely manner including reconciling Sterling and Euro bank accounts, entering monthly accruals and other journals
- Reconcile Sage to the bespoke database
The successful candidate will have effective communication skills & organisational skills and attention to detail. They will also have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Sage accounts and databases and be able to work within a small team.
