Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations (IR), the IR and Business Analyst will be a valued member of the Theravance Biopharma team, responsible for proactively supporting and implementing the Theravance Biopharma Investor Relations programs and strategy. He/she will partner with subject experts across the organization and play a key role in executing a multi–year, strategic investor relations plan in alignment with the Company's long–range goals. Additionally, he/she will support project initiatives residing with Finance team and senior leadership. Primary Responsibilities Support development of investor materials such as and press releases, management scripts, Q&A's, and presentations; manage internal review of IR collateral Support periodic analysis and reporting on the company's stock price and relative stock performance, analyst / investor perceptions, peer companies and the industry, and the broader equity environment. Track analyst estimates and consensus, summarize modeling assumptions and forecasts Manage investor target lists; identify and research new investor contacts Develop and maintain a rolling schedule of IR events, including meetings, investor conferences, earnings calls, panel events, analyst days and non–deal roadshows Support on–site IR visits and IR conference calls with analysts / investors Maintain IR databases, including timely entry and tracking of IR meetings and correspondence Coordinate logistics of the quarterly earnings call, investor conferences, and ad hoc IR events Assist in management of the company website Perform special projects as needed by Finance team and senior leadership Identify business processes to make departmental interaction more efficient and effective Skills & Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience in industry required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, project management and problem–solving skills with strong attention to detail High energy and flexibility to work effectively in a fast–paced environment Poise, discretion, tact and the ability to interact comfortably with senior executives Very strong judgment and work ethic Familiarity with capital markets and financial modeling Proficiency with MS Office suite Proficiency in equity databases/platforms including Bloomberg, IR Insight, BD Corporate a plus BS degree in Business Administration or BA in English/Communications/related discipline
