Role Overview: Overall management of the treasury function covering cash and liquidity management, risk management, financing and working capital management across the company. Reporting to: Director of Finance and Corporate Services Key responsibilities: Ownership and instigator of treasury related projects, utilising existing personnel for execution of projects. In conjunction with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services the management of bank and debt funding relationships regular relationship and information sharing meetings, including performance and ancillary business reporting. Management and review of Clúid bank facilities including monitoring conformance to covenants and the wider review of adequacy of bank facilities. Assist in the development of required structures, requirements and performance standards across the treasury related items including exposure management, cash management, working capital management and any ad hoc requirements. Develop and manage the execution of the company's policy on interest rate and any other treasury related risk management activity. Develop and manage the regular treasury management policy reporting to senior management of the company. Principle Outputs & Responsibilities The Treasury Manager is responsible for all aspects of treasury management of the company including the policy and related strategy and risk management activities, notably: A full review of the existing structure and also the activities carried out within the treasury function. This includes reviewing treasury risk management, undertaking a full risk review and implementing a robust structure Funding to ensure efficient cash management and liquidity. Cash management - responsible for setting up and management of cash structures. Interest rate exposure management; Treasury reporting for both internal and external purposes; Overall responsibility for implementing and enforcing an adequate controls framework over the treasury activities. Ensure that all documented (internal, external and regulatory) reports are produced efficiently and on time. The production of the year end content for the statutory accounts Review and update of Treasury Management Policy Ensure that Standing Orders and Financial Regulations and Policies are adhered toast all times Other Responsibilities Maintain good working relationships within the Clúid, banking counterparties and other financial institutions and stakeholders Continually drive process improvement regarding all aspects of the Treasury function Ensure first class customer service delivery of relevant treasury matters. Work collaboratively with other parts of the business. Adhere at all times to treasury management policy, ensuring this is embedded in all treasury operations that the post holder is responsible for and delivery of all requirements under the Policy as required. Ensure that responsibilities for Health & Safety are properly understood and discharged as defined in the Health & Safety Policy and that Health & Safety concerns are promptly and clearly communicated to the appropriate people. Comply fully with policies and procedures including the standing orders and financial regulations.
