Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a leading international retailer, with key finances offices based in Leeds.

Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be working as part of a busy finance team, reporting in to a qualified accountant, responsible for assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts pack.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliation and analysis, monthly planning reporting and cost analysis.
You will also assist with the production of the yearly statutory accounts.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an active ACCA/CIMA studier to work for a qualified accountant in a supportive environment in a relevant role alongside study.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Have worked in an accounts assistant/assistant accountant role previously
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
