Job Description

Small tech PR agency seeks bookkeeper/billing manager/office assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with bookkeeping and billing experience to join a creative team, move up, and possibly take on greater responsibility. Currently the position is 3 days/week with potential to grow. The following qualifications are essential:

Understanding of basic accounting principles
Solid Quickbooks experience
Payroll experience
Great attention to detail

Bookkeeping and admin responsibilities will include:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Coordinating with payroll service and benefits company
Client invoicing
Generating financial (billing and aging) reports
Support for company CEO, including dealing with marketing and technology
vendors, occasional meeting and event support, and possible content marketing
support.
H/R experience a bonus. Salary plus full benefits.
