Finance manager
Job Dimensions: Be responsible for an around 200-employee Plant financial management. Adapt Plant financial management system according to rules. Be responsible for company financial strategy design, financial management and internal controlling, as well as financial analysis and financial plan implementation. Other tasks assigned by company. Major activities and accountabilities 1.HSEQ Abide National, corporate's rules and regulations strictly. Be involved into systems establishing and implementation such as AIMS, SS and GMP etc. Be responsible for the safety of own position and supervise HSEQ performance of subordinates. Ensure environment Sustainable Development by conducting wastes segregation and pollution reduction etc. Any other tasks related HSEQ issues assigned by top management. 2.Main Activities Participate the budget preparation, make sure the variable cost and fixed cost are properly estimated and budgeted Monitor, analyze and control the variable cost and fixed cost; set up controlling tools to help follow up in detail key performance indicators (variable costs, fixed costs, working capital, capital expenditures) Propose action plans during the year if need be to reach the targets fixed on key performance indicators Ensure the assets are well managed and the regular count of the assets are performed Participate to/prepare files for projects (investment, development or acquisition/divestment) Involve actively in site operations to observe and communicate meaningful financial impact of relevant activities Coordinate site business operational departments to drive improvements together with FSSC teams Provide recommendations to management for performance improvement and strategic decisions Regularly review, validate or update the Non-trade contracts if any Monthly review and update site Point of Contact Supervise CdG site finance team and make sure the daily operation is well managed Communication and lobby with local authorities, tax/bank and SAFE. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, studying the risk on company business and provide the rational suggestion to management. Other tasks requested/directed from time to time by the management. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 1.Knowledge: Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting. 2. Skills: Good command of MS office software and ERP system; Fluent English skills in written and oral; 3.Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years + local commercial/ accounting experience in a similar role within a similar type (manufacturing) and size of company along with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience; 4. Abilities: Strong finance analytical knowledge and skills Good business and commercial sense Strong communication and collaboration skills Mature people management skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
