亚太电站战略计划经理

岗位职责：
1. Carry out Investment appraisal for solar farm project opportunities, identify suitable project for development and or Merger and Acquisition (M&A) opportunities for investment;
2. Build and maintain relationships with local and international banks, funds and financial institutions in the Asia Pacific region, for the group's needs in project financing and other bank facilities;
3. Liaise and assist treasury team from HQ in various activities to support the group's development, such as: project financing, arrange L/C and Bank guarantees, arrange Sinosure or MIGA insurances if needed, budget management etc.
4. Provide financial solutions for potential client, such as: project financing facilities, buyer's credit facilities through Sinosure and bridge mezzanine facilities etc.
5. Other works to be assigned by general manager of the group.

任职资格：

1. 5 years' experiences in investment or corporate banking field, solar experience is a plus;
2. Sound knowledge in non-recourse project financing and experiences with Chinese and international banks;
3. Sound knowledge in financial models and it will be a plus if the candidate is a CFA;
4. Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and oral.
