This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work at prestigious organisation and support its important mission by documenting the status quo and then identifying potential improvements.

The successful candidate will initially be focusing on adding value to the customer experience, but will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects and systems across the organisation in the future.

We are looking for someone who takes a logical approach to their work, and has proven experience in process, data flow and customer journey mapping. You'll have used your highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to influence successful business outcomes and be able to clearly illustrate this in your application.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience of business analysis on IT projects and of working to the BPMN 2.0 Specification.

Knowledge of GDPR legislation and experience performing Privacy Impact Assessments is desirable.

Salary will be GBP36,270 – GBP43,215 per annum, permanent depending on skills and experience.
