职位描述 Position Summary: This position is an integral part of China Financial Service Management team and will work closely with each China Division/Location controllers and Finance Share Service Center. It is responsible for various key FSM functions including governance compliance & tax compliance review, acquisition related due diligence and integration, governance projects leading, coordinating statutory audits and risk management. Scope/Supervision and Interaction: - Report to China FSM Job Responsibilities: Proactively identify and implement tax planning ideas: 1) Monitor and analyze China tax legislation and evaluate impacts on China entities, give suggestion to management team for the tax structure change; 2) Leading China Divisions tax arrangement including tax planning to maximize the benefit and meet the tax compliance requirement; Give oversight/guidance/tax advice to all location controllers on tax related matter, and provide training to targeted parties; Giving guidelines about risky areas to avoid improper disclosures when divisions preparing China tax filing and ensuring compliance; Lead to create a mechanism for the efficient and value added VAT reconciliation for China divisions; Supervision and assistance in preparation the transfer pricing documentation (local file) of qualified China divisions; Ensure the tax reporting procedures and compliance related to direct and indirect taxes of FSM integrated divisions are complete, accurate and in compliance with China tax regulation; Assist with annual FAS 109 tax package review for China region; Prepare and review service agreement with Parker locations, comments on transfer pricing and risk management issues; Work with Corporate/AP tax team together for tax related projects; Due diligence and post-acquisition integration, identify tax risks and opportunities related to Group's new investment, acquisitions for business decision; 需求要点 Take the lead in setting up China company registration/change/close/documents filing procedure base on Corp. Policy and ensure meet local governance requirements; Setup standard procedures and work with divisions to obtain the advance approval for any Governance related topics to meet Corp. Policy and reduce risk; Lead governance projects in China and ensure compliance; Take the lead in setting up/review/train and update chop management policy with CMD; Maintaining the Governance management system (Blue Print software) and updating in a timely manner of China divisions; Coordination with external auditors on statutory audit scope, fee arrangement, and timing, and make sure proper authorization has been received from Corporate for audit projects; Coordinate with Internal Audit and Business Enterprise Dept to ensure all Parker China locations are in compliance with relevant company policies; Risk management compliance and coordination, responsible for China FSU insurance program, claim filings, and trainings; Review team process to improve efficiency a
