About the opportunity

Multiple opportunities have become available within our Bupa Digital team for superstar Business Analysts to join us on permanent full-time positions in either Melbourne or Sydney.

As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with the Head of Digital Portfolio, Product Manager and the broader Bupa business to identify and initiate pieces of work, review customer-facing digital and back office processes and systems; define requirements for system and process enhancements; and support delivery of new features and optimisations. You will also operate in a cross-functional Agile development environment supporting a sprint delivery cycle for a dedicated team. This will include developing and maintaining a backlog of user stories to ensure both a well-considered view of the overall system as well as to support the imminent delivery needs of the scrum team.

Your background

• Proven experience working in a large agile environment (media or large corporate digital streams preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise with liaising directly with a variety of stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements and functional requirements that underpin business change programs
• Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly in liaising between business, technology and digital functions to initiate and implement the development, delivery and support of solutions
• Familiar with Agile project and service delivery cycles & experience in adapting approaches and methodologies to achieve quality & timely solutions for the business
• Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management skills with strong ability to elicit change requirements and problems in business processes
• Good understanding of varying IS methods for capturing and documenting requirements
• Excellent written & oral communication skills with demonstrable ability in a variety of techniques to express technical information to non-technical readers and listeners
