Description

Financial Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

• Processing of Sales Invoices and liaising to clients internally and externally to resolve any issues
• Production of Monthly Sales Reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Bank Reconciliation, Reconcile purchase ledger statements and reconciling control accounts
• Processing Accruals & Prepayments
• Organise purchase invoice approvals with various departments & clients
• Other Ad Hoc Accounting Duties

Profile

Financial Accounts Assistant Requirement:

• 1 years in a similar finance position
• Studying towards AAT/CIMA/ACCA
• Good communication skills and ability to demonstrate strong stakeholder management
• Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines
• Good excel knowledge and numeric skills essential
