Description

• A key role is to lead on the planning process, ensuring the department/organisation sets a strategy for sustainable growth. This will require an excellent understanding of business drivers required to achieve the objectives
• To lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with Regional Directors and Service managers to identify areas to celebrate and areas for improvement
• The role drives performance improvement and ensures excellent execution of initiatives by providing insight and advice in areas such as pricing strategy and cost control
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to projects
• Work with stakeholders to ensure targets, business plans and profitable growth are in line with the overall business strategy
• By developing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships the Finance Business Partner will provide commercial and financial insight to challenge the organisation, drive performance and ensure rigour in decision making
• Provide finance expertise to support the evaluation of investment opportunities and M&A initiatives as required

Profile

You will be a qualified accountant with a commercial outlook, strong planning and analysis skills, not to mention first class stakeholder management ability
