Financial Controller

We are delighted to be supporting our PE backed client in the recruitment of Financial Controller, reporting to the Finance Director in this newly created role due to our client undergoing a significant period of growth based on acquisition. You will be a Qualified CA, having trained in the profession with subsequent industry experience with well developed team management skills and your duties will include: Preparation of the monthly management accounts pack and board papers including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow analysis Weekly revenue and cashflow forecasting Annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting Maintenance of the fixed asset register Control of working capital (stock, debtors and creditors) Tax compliance (including VAT) for the UK, Singapore, US and UAE Statutory reporting including liaising with external advisors Adhoc tasks and projects as directed by the FD and senior management You will have the ability to operate on your own initiative as well as part of a small team and to work well with all levels of management.
