岗位职责：• Carrying out local costing together with local stakeholders and ensure process is aligned to overall Danfoss Cooling process
• Following up on variances, explain and challenge development with stakeholders
• Driving Cost improvement
• Carrying out fixed expense and OVC reporting, analysis and controlling
• Ensuring CAPEX project tracking and controlling spending to budget
• Providing finance input for business case, validate and challenge the rationale in the business case
• Ensuring correct valuation of the stock (obsolescence & scrapping) and keep timely follow up on stock turns.
• Playing an integral and active role to interact with business and challenge business for improvement


任职资格：• Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of finance working experience in the manufacturing field.
• Structured and analytical skills
• A good team player who focuses on contributing to the team;
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently, efficiently and persistently;
• Flexibility and ambition to go beyond the ordinary;
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;
• Good MS Excel skills;
