We are interested in hearing for candidates that have experience in:

  • Diary management, travel coordination and meeting bookings
  • Assisting accounts with reconciliations and expenses
  • Administration including filing, scanning, and presentation preparation
  • Being the main point of contact nationally for facilities, including repair requests and office relocations


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in administration duties
  • Demonstrable people management skills
  • Facilities management experience
  • The ability to liaise with all levels within a business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
