An opportunity has arisen to join the Calvary Community Care Human Resources team in a Business Analyst position for a 12 month contract (with possibility of permanency). The role will provide analytical and statistical support through costing, analysis and reporting on remuneration and benefits, Enterprise Agreement and Award conditions and workforce planning initiatives.
In particular, the role with work closely with the General Manager, Human Resources to run projections and conduct analysis on costing for a new Enterprise Agreement, participate in and drive HR and Organisational Development projects and be responsible for the preparation of Human Resources and Workforce Planning metrics.
The role is suited to candidates with a few years' experience in a Business Analyst position with knowledge and experience working within a Human Resources team or exposure to remuneration and Enterprise Agreement/Award conditions.
What you bring- 2 -3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role;
- Advanced Excel and VBA Programming skills
- Knowledge, experience and an understanding of contemporary HR procedures, practices, analytics and Workforce Planning;
- Knowledge and experience in remuneration principles;
- Highly developed research and analytical skills;
- Experience using HRIS and data management systems.
A qualification in Human Resources and experience using Chris21 would be desirable but not essential.
