About us
NorthWestern Mental Health (NWMH) provides a comprehensive, integrated range of services to people with a serious mental illness in North-Western Melbourne. We are the Inner West Area Mental Health Service and we are committed to working with consumers during their recovery by offering holistic and evidence-based (EB) treatment, which is inclusive of family/carers and provided by clinicians with well-developed skills. About you
This is an integrated role within the Inner West Area Mental Health Service administration team. As Administrative Support Clerk you will have the ability to work as part of a team, work autonomously and respond flexibly to a changing environment.
- Enthusiastically, you will perform administrative tasks and duties including but not limited to reception, general administration and records maintenance data entry.
- With a high level of accuracy and time management skills you will carry out allocated tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Highly motivated, you love a busy environment and step up to a challenge displaying a strong ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- A natural communicator, you will effortlessly liaise with people across multiple programs at all levels and become a valuable and dynamic member of the team
- Previous medical administrative experience using CMI/iPM and exposure to digital medical records is highly desirable but not essential.
