HFG are currently helping our client, a leading Life Insurance Firm based in The City, attract a Head of Finance Integration & Change in order to lead their Finance team to their goal of being the highest-performing team in the FTSE 100.
- You will have extensive experience of leading teams on complex Strategic Change and Finance Integration projects, ideally within a listed Insurance business.
- You will be a natural leader of people, having successfully managed large teams of experienced accountants and actuaries
- You will be comfortable engaging and influencing Director-level colleagues
The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified accountant, preferably ACA or equivalent from a Big 4 Practice
- Able to develop complex, strategic Change and Transformation initiatives
