VP, Client Services, Hedge Fund Services

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of hedge fund clients in the region and provide excellent client service to them
• Actively understand clients' business needs such as their investment strategies, infrastructure requirements so as to provide an all-rounded fund service solutions to them
• Strengthen the existing client relationships and help identify potential business opportunities for the firm by upselling other products and services
• Keep track of the market landscape and development so as to provide added-value service to clients
• Collaborate with other teams to assist in new client on-boarding and integrations etc

Key requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Fund Services/Fund Administration/hedge fund industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence people and build strong relationships especially with senior management/business leaders
• Strong business acumen and market knowledge
• Strong technical and Operations knowledge
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
