Finance Administrator (FA516) Key responsibilities will include: Input daily works employee timesheets onto ERP system Verification of employee hours on time and attendance system Daily reconciliation of timesheets Data input on time and attendance system Maintain payroll information Daily absence reporting Ad hoc duties as required The Person/Skills Required: Excellent literacy and numeracy skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to respect and uphold confidentiality at all times The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Self-motivated and can work on own initiative Essential Criteria: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, at Grade C or above including Maths and English Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Desirable Criteria: Previous payroll or finance experience, Previous payroll or ERP system experience To Apply Please click the APPLY button below to be directed to our careers website.
