Business Services employs over 4000 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Position purpose We are looking for a candidate who would like to take over the position of a Team Leader in an experienced team. The scope covers the end to end P2P process with operational procurement and customer service teams as well as close cooperation with accounts payable team in India.

Main accountabilities

Supervises the team to deliver high quality, professional and customer focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed SLAs/KPIs Motivates team members on the daily basis Takes care of continuous development of the team members Ensures process is controlled according to the agreed procedures Oversees the process and customer service decisions Manages escalations and handles sensitive individual cases within the process Demonstrates knowledge of respective F&A processes and procedures Acts as point of escalation for P2P Supervises trainings to the current and future delivery team members. Ensure that processes are understood and being followed by the team members Ensures team targets are met Handles regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery Continuously strive to optimize, standardize processes and improve Client's satisfaction

Candidate's profile

Very good English both written and spoken Good command of German or French will be an asset "Can do" attitude, ambitious, proactive and result-oriented Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to take action and provide desired outcomes with limited directions Strong people management skills Experience in P2P (AP, Procurement) area will be an asset Experience in Customer Service area will be an asset
