Partner with clients to close Annual Operating Plan and resolve queries from the end customers To provide a high quality financial management expense reporting service with a focus on identifying trends, risks and opportunities, communicating these to senior finance staffEnd to end ownership of reporting to service area owners including review of month end costs, recoveries and reporting. About YouYou are an experienced person in financial services and exposure to financial accounting and statutory reporting in a service industry environment. You have a Strong customer service ethic, proactively understanding client requirements and maintaining good relationship with the clients and an ability to work in a virtual global team, and manage cross-border relationships effectively2-3 years of post-qualification experience (Professional qualification - Accounting/ Finance, preferably CA, ACCA or CPA) with strong academic background.5-6 years of experience post-graduation with strong academic background and relevant field knowledge.Willing to work in shifts.A strong background of Financial Accounting and Reporting Services is essential.Exposure to IFRS will be preferred Get an in depth understanding of the business, have an impact on the business by providing suggestions to create efficiencies and advice on process improvements.Propose and discuss changes to existing reports/ KPIs to improve the benefits generated from reporting activitiesDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makersMake commercial contribution through identification of cost optimization and other opportunitiesWork collaboratively with team performing similar tasks across other service areas to ensure consistency in approach and quality of service delivery to service area clients.
