Senior Consultant, IT Advisory, HCMC & HN-ALL0022N VN-All IT Advisory is a part of Advisory Services in EY Vietnam. We help local and international companies with (1) IT program advisory core business system health check, IT package and vendor selection, ERP & Business Intelligence solution design and implementation, project management support; (2) IT transformation IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Business Performance, IT Optimization, IT Sourcing; (3) Technology enablement SAP/ Oracle consulting services, digital transformation (strategy, architecture, assessment, operating model, sector); (4) EYC3 Integrity assists clients by providing dashboards and data analytics to enable them to make business decisions. Essence of the role Play as a business analyst to capture and analyze client's business needs and design an ERP/ BI/ IT solution to help clients streamline their operation and enhance their business management to accelerate business growth; Conduct the working sessions with clients independently including interviews to gather the needs, workshops to present the work products, meetings to update/ resolve project matters,...; Work closely with the project manager in project progression, quality, people and risk management; Support management in client relationship management through building and maintaining the interactions with client personnel; Supervise and coach the juniors, help people develop their capabilities through the jobs, coach sessions, training .... ; General requirements At least 3 years of experience in consulting/ system implementation practice with direct project experience, Or at least 3 years of experience with a reputable organization and a strong record of personal success; Strong interest in business process, business management, management information system, business solutions(ERP, core banking, core securities, core insurance,...) .... ; Strong logical thinking, analytical skill; Good oral and written Vietnamese and English communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and high work load in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment; Problem solving, teamwork, leadership, change management; Willing to travel both domestically and internationally. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business System/ Accounting/ Finance/Banking/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Management Information System, or equivalent programs; PMP, SAP/Oracle/ Microsoft Business Solution/IBM Solution certificate, ACCA/CFA/CMA/CIMA is a plus.
