United Plastics Company Limited Position: Accounting Marketing Administrator Qualifications: 1. Accounting Technician Certification with training in Marketing or Degree in Accounting and Marketing or equivalent 2. Experience in preparing final accounts 3. Operates a motor vehicle 4. Ability to work in a small dynamic environment Duties: Accounting Assist in the preparation of management information reports and per established schedule Prepare fortnightly payroll and enters data on the general ledger Monitors inventory function by maintain appropriate records and updating system as required. Reconcile Accounts Payable statements with creditors Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Prepares monthly statutory returns. Marketing Reconcile Accounts Receivable statements with customers Handle major accounts as assigned - visits customers as required and communicate their concerns when received. Administration Assists in clearance procedures of items from the wharf. Liaise with Custom's Broker to submit documentation. Request loading of container. Provides feedback on Customs and other charges. Supervises the arrival of items and arranges for return of container to the wharf.
