Hays Accountancy and Finance is currently in partnership with a leading company in Falmouth to recruit an Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for any Finance administrator who is looking to increase their skill set within a well–established team.
You will be reporting to the Management Accountant and your key responsibilities will include; processing invoices, dealing with supplier queries, processing expenses, liaising directly with members of staff and ad hoc finance administration. Please note that there will be an opportunity to increase finance duties over time, as the company is currently undergoing organic growth.
In order to be successful in this position it is essential that you possess a solid finance administration skill set, being able to confidently input large volumes of data. Due to the nature of the role, it is crucial that you have the ability to communicate with people on all levels. Sage experience would be advantageous.
