Business Analyst - Watson's Wine

Summary:

We have an immediate hire of a Business Analyst to join one of our fast growing business units – Watson’s Wine.

The primary duties of this position are to provide financial reports and perform financial analysis that assists management to understand the business performance in a scientific manner, identify root for improvement and facilitate execution. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with other departments to support business growth.
• KPI tracking and review for sales & margin and store performance in particular.
• Review P&L structure and sales pattern including product range, customer tier to identify root cause to facilitate execution.
• Monitor stock quality, tracking and identify problematic stock.
• Work closely with departments including Buying, Operations, Marketing, Promotion Planning and Finance.

 Qualifications:

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis is preferred
• Eager to learn in commercial operation especially on supply chain area  
• Aggressive & proactive - interested in identifying root cause of problem and drive solution
• Strong logic, analytical, sensitive to numbers with excellent problem solving skill
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Pivot Table, V-look up and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in VBA will definitely be an advantage
• Interested in wine industry
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Business Analyst
