About the role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer/ Director Corporate Services, this senior role is responsible for supporting the CFO/DCS with the provision of a high level of leadership in the planning and administration of the financial management matters of the Calvary Public Hospital Bruce.
What you bring to this role
You will be an experienced Deputy Financial Officer with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting together with CPA or CA membership or heading substantially towards completion of the requirements for this membership
- Demonstrated high level strategic financial, operational and business planning leadership
- Demonstrated ability in leading financial management and business information service provision within a complex service environment including extensive experience in working with local managers
- Demonstrating leadership in liaising with government bodies and business organisations on financial management and business information issues and represent the CFO/DCS
- Highly developed oral, inter-personal and written communication, liaison and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in facilitating change and team development
