Credit Risk Analyst - Financial Services - London

Renowned American Investment Bank are looking for a Counterparty Credit Risk Analyst for a 6 month contract. This role will focus on counterparties in Europe, Asia and Africa. This bank focuses on equities and fixed income.

THE ROLE
The Credit Risk Analyst will assist and support the management of the credit risk portfolio. Responsibilities Include:

- Analysing credit risk and ensure transactions are in line with the bank's risk appetite.
- Produce high quality credit risk analysis.
- Write detailed counterparty credit risk reviews and then be able to present findings to senior stakeholders in the business.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience already in credit risk at an Investment Bank dealing with different counterparties, particularly financial and non banking financial institutions. It is advantageous that the candidate will have knowledge of Hedge Fund businesses within credit risk and have worked with OTC Derivatives and securities finance products. This candidate must also have strong stakeholder management skills.
