Syndicate Credit Controller
12 Month Contract
to £40,000 p.a.
City of London
A temporary contract with a leading global insurance and reinsurance provider who underwrite a range of risks through a company and Lloyds platform.
You will be responsible for the collection of premiums from a panel of brokers across a variety of different accounts.
- Identify and verify outstanding premiums due the syndicate.
- Work with brokers to secure the timely recovery of premiums due.
- Send monthly statements and resolve any queries.
- Prepare and distribute aged debt reports.
- Reconcile incoming cash.
- Reconcile incoming broker statements.
- Allocate relevant signings to lineslip declarations.
- identify and query unallocated cash.
- Maintain delegated underwriting ledgers.
Essential Requirements
- Candidates MUST have relevant accounting/credit control experience in a Lloyds market environment.
- Understand Lloyds market processes, systems and procedures.
- Be able to develop strong working relationships with brokers.
- Strong analytical skills
