Page Personnel Finance are recruiting for an Accounts Payable to join our client, a leading advertising agency located in London's West End, a short walk from Oxford Circus.

Our client is a leading advertising agency, who as a result of an international acquistion, require an Accounts Payable clerk to join their West End accountancy team.
Description
Located in London's West End, our client is looking for an Accounts Payable with the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the full creditors ledger, including creditors reconciliations
- Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Preparation of all payment runs
- Manage all queries from internal and external stakeholders through to resolution
- Manage Purchase Order and Staff expenses systems
- Overall responsibility for VAT process
- Perform month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly forecasting of cash payments
- Assist with wider month end closing process
- Ad hoc reporting
Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Studying towards or Part qualified AAT/ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Intermediate Excel or higher (pivot tables, vlookups)
Job Offer
Salary of between £20,000 - £26,000
