Job Responsibilities
- Join this project you will be familiar with Bosch organization and operation process.
- You will be gain experience in both accounting area and controlling area.
- You will be assigned to organize, coordinate project cross function and cross division to practice project/communication skill (stocktaking project, HNTE project).
- You will be involved in traditional controlling tasks, e.g. prepare business plan and forecast of admin cost and closely monitor overhead and analyze cost deviation.
- You will obtain mindset of risk assessment, and you can contribute your process improvement idea on commercial area at a company level stage.
- 1st rotation responsibility: Coordinate consignment stocktaking; prepare current forecast and monthly report; CIP projects.
Job Requirements
- Master degree & above from top university
- Highly self-motivated, leadership potential and entrepreneurship
- Advanced English language skill
- Mobile (nationally and internationally)
- 1-2 years Financial or controlling related experience
- Advanced computer skills: MS office, Excel, PPT, Access
- Initiative/CIP mindset
- Logical/ analytical thinking, sensitive to figures
- Good communication skills
- Overseas working or study experience is a plus
