Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate annual budgeting process;
- Support departmental KPI development / enhancement, and manage the KPI reporting process;
- Perform review and analysis on departmental cost, resources and performance;
- Develop and maintain departmental policies, standards, and guidelines;
- Develop demand and supply management model to enhance resources and service management;
- Track and follow up production incidents;
- Perform project management office (PMO) role in project status tracking and reporting;
- Identify improvement opportunities in business-as-usual operation;
- Design / streamline business processes;
- Manage run-the-bank and change-the-bank projects as assigned by management;
- Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors
Requirements:
- University graduate of relevant subjects
- Professional Qualifications - Preferred but not mandatory (Project Management Qualification e.g. PMP or PRINCE 2, Accounting Qualification e.g. CPA)
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with investment banking environment
- Experience in managing ad hoc assignments / projects with limited supervision
- Hands-on business analysis and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese - good Chinese reporting / presentation skill is a plus
- Less experienced applicants will be considered for the Associate level
