Major responsibilities岗位职责：
1)Plant Productivity / Utilization / Efficiency control
工厂生产力/利用率/效率控制
2)Analyse product inventory structure, supervise and double check the accuracy of the amount of warehouse receiving, shipping and inventory; lead and organize periodically stocktaking and verify warehouse team's physical inventory variances analysis reports and provide inventory management improvement proposal. Make sure accounts consistent with actual store;
分析产品库存结构，监督检查仓库接货量，运输量和库存量的准确性; 领导和定期组织盘点和核实仓库团队的实物库存差异分析报告，并提供库存管理改进建议。 确保账实相符
3)Responsible for local tax calculating & reporting, including various withholding tax\VAT\Sur-Tax \CIT etc., and provide necessary guidance if any department have tax query.
负责当地税务计算和报告，包括各种预扣税\增值税\附加税\企业所得税等，并提供各部门税务查询的必要指导。
4)Provide all local statuary reports required by government office, such as tax bureau\statistical bureau\SAFE etc. also maintain good relationship.
与政府部门保持良好的关系，提供其要求的所有当地的法定报告，如税务局\统计局\外管局等。
5)Ensure that the reporting data are correct and complete according to the requirements of IFRS GAAP and KSB Financial Guidelines.
按照“国际财务报告准则”和“KSB 财务指导方针”的要求，确保报告数据正确和完整。
6)Develop adequate internal control and process to improve operation effectiveness. Develop execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies.
充分发展内部控制和流程，提高运营效率。 根据集团的程序和政策制定执行和控制内部财务程序，包括花费授权
7)Monthly Sales Result Analysis. E.g. order margin/cost analysis.
月度销售结果分析，包括订单利润、成本分析等

Requirement profile岗位要求：
1）Bachelor degree with Finance / Accountant background
正规本科教育，财务会计专业
2）More than 6 years working experience in manufacturing industry and 3 years' experience in Cost and Tax related is must, can independently complete job related costing and tax;
6年以上制造业工作经验，3年以上成本税务相关工作经验，能独立完成相关成本核算和税务工作;
3）Familiar with SAP system (especially SAP B1 experience will be preferable).
熟悉SAP系统，特别是SAP B1经验者优先
4）Good English ( write/ Oral) and computer skill ( Excel / Words / PowerPoint )
良好的英语（读写/口语）和计算机技能Excel 、Word、PowerPoint
5）Independent & Mature, organized, self-motivated, teamwork.
独立和成熟，有组织，自我激励，团队精神
