Clerical Officer (Grade III) - Payroll and General Finance admin support to the Finance Dept. Job Ref: SVHF/01/18/0601 - Permanent - 1.0 WTE General Requirements: Strong inter-personal and communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent phone manner with a strong customer service ethic in dealing with colleagues and external callers or suppliers. Absolute confidentiality required. Ability to work on own initiative to get priority tasks completed. Excellent organisational skills and prioritise and complete workload within deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a multi-skilled team reporting into the Payroll Officer. Previous experience that is directly relevant to the role being applied for. Excellent computer skills and keyboard skills. Be proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, databases etc.) Academic - Minimum requirements are Leaving Certificate or FETAC Level 5 equivalent in a related subject. Desirable but Not Essential: Payroll experience IPASS payroll qualification 1 to 2 years working in a healthcare or similar multi-disciplinary environment. Evidence of ongoing education or skills training that directly relate to the role.
