Performance management measuring KPI-targets & driving corrective actions Perform a business partner linkage role with the senior leadership team to address performance results and proposal of actions required to drive improved performance. Financial accuracy & integrity of forecasts (monthly, annually), budgets and strategic planning The business responsibility of both Meat technology and End Use Market (1K technology) component Develop pricing strategies, review of strategic quotes Ongoing margin analysis, root cause categorization of variances, identification and implementation of corrective actions to prevent repeat incidences. Accountable for the implementation of mass price increases and tracking of results. Drive & support commercial negotiation process as and when required. Monthly tracking of business wins & losses and incorporating in to forecasts Monitoring, tracking & driving cost reduction (PIPS- Profit Improvement Plans) for the business (linking with the functional leads) Investment support (capex / M&A) where required Responsible for MDM integrity of all commercial reporting (SAP, OLAP& SFDC), Ensure that all relevant risk components are assessed, mitigated and communicated to BU management and risk management commercial control. Cash management (debtors overdues/terms) Qualifications, Skills and Experience : Accounting qualification essential (ACA, ACCA). 5+ years PQE experience in industry is an advantage. Experience in interfacing with senior management within the business Knowledge of OLAP Knowledge of SAP (SRM and ECC) an advantage Advanced Excel skills Analytical and numerate with a strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met Ability to lead a team, manage and develop team members Competencies Required : Assemble, gather and disseminate data from various sources both internal and external and formulate into reports and analytics which will enable decision making and performance management Ability to add value by proactively identifying potential opportunities or issues and assist in the implementation of both process and performance improvement Ability to take new processes and flows, identify key elements and develop and implement plans for managing and controlling .
