Our client is a listed real estate firm which has international presence in many locations and rapidly expanding their portfolio of investments around the region.

Description

As Finance GM you would report into company CFO and take daily responsibility for overseeing financial and management accounting operations for international businesses. Responsibilities would include preparation of statutory accounts, budget management, regulation and compliance, audit and treasury management. You will collaborate with a wide range of colleagues focused on investment financing and other duties. You would lead a team in Singapore as well as working with international colleagues in a range of countries.

Profile

Suitable applicants will need to possess at least 8-12 years' relevant experience, strong financial accounting skills and a background working in the real estate development or investment sector.
