MCS Group is proud to be assisting one of Belfast's most prestigious and renowned Law Firms source a Legal Bookkeeper to join their Finance team to cover an 8 month period of Maternity. The Temp requirement is for 25-30 hrs per week & is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Bookkeeper to join one of Belfast leading Law firms. As you will be working within the Finance team you will report directly to the Financial Controller & Managing Director. Legal Bookkeeping Experience (to Trial Balance) is essential. Candidates must also have Legal Cashier experience, knowledge of Law Society Regulation & have strong IT skills. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing client ledgers Bookkeeping - Trial Balance Receiving cheques and preparing daily bank lodgements Insuring Payments match invoices Receipting purchase invoices Reconciling creditors monthly statements Maintaining accurate and timely bank reconciliations Excellent Salary & Benefits on offer.
