职责描述：

  • the preparation of financial reporting for public announcement purpose on quarterly/half yearly/ annual basis;
  • monthly consolidation of around 40 entities;
  • monthly financial analysis for board meeting and management review meeting;
  • in charge annual good will impairment assessment;
  • monitor group transfer pricing result;
  • monitor inter- company transactions, cash movement etc;
  • assist the supervision of subsidiaries and associates;
  • auditing / valuation;
  • assist in PRC GAAP training
  • assist in M&A;


任职要求：

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably from both accounting firm and public sector;
  • Solid understanding of PRC GAAP
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking
  • Experienced user of SAP preferred
  • ACCA Preferred
