Description

Credit Control Manager:

• Working with suppliers to ensure that billing details are correct
• Sending out monthly invoices to residents and other debtors
• Chasing aged debt
• Posting bank receipts and reconciling banking entries
• Negotiating settlement of bills with aged debtors
• Ensuring the sales ledger remains balanced
• Preparation of weekly debt report
• Monthly income accruals

Profile

Ideal Person:

• 5+ years accounts receivable experience.
• Demonstrated experience of working with debtors and people across a complex business
• Desire to take challenge, improve system and efficiency
• Excellent eye for detail and be an expert in working under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and make sound judgements and resolve issues.
• Excellent organisational skills and willingness to do what it takes to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels and be able to build effective relationships across the business.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
