Job description
The client is looking for a finance business partner to join the business to help support future growth of the organisation.
The candidate will be acting as a key stake holder to the wider franchise business and also at group level and will be expected to deliver on the following-
70% Business partnering and technical support for a number of businesses
30% Business training with clients
Business partnering will include-
Support to the business franchises with all technical assistants
Problem solving and sharing best practice
Technical support which will be reporting, tax related and general finance matters
Business Partnering support on how to increase and maintain client numbers
A good understanding of basic credit, debits will also be important
To act as a first point of call for all financial support
Also will include business and strategy development
Business training will include-
Meeting with franchises to upskill and train
How to increase profit and revenue within their business
Prepared to deliver workshops and new content
The candidate will also take ownership for some group work which will include reporting of group numbers and analysing internal reports.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and will either come from a practice or have a hands on varied role within industry. The candidate should have a good all round understanding of accounting and tax.
It will be advantageous for the candidate to have UK tax systems exposure but training will be offered if not.
To have experience or to demonstrate good business partnering skills able to work with a wide variety of finance professionals
Job Offer
The client is prepared to pay in the region of £60,000- £70,000 depending on the candidates experience
